Anyone can study the Alexander Technique! I specialize in working with dancers, singers, musicians, and artists of all kinds. I also work with teenagers, athletes, seniors, and people who spend long hours sitting in front of computers. I enjoy working with women throughout pregnancy. Notably, I have significant experience working LGBTQ individuals.
